I'm looking for more than a win today, I want to see us play some good attacking football and excite the crowd. I want to see us look like we're a good fucking side for once. Is that likely to happen? Nope.

I cannot see how we will get much without a fit Antonio and Lanzini. They are on the bench but not fit and will be risked because Bilic is desperate for a result. He cannot coach the team and seems to will rely on putting out the best players, regardless of fitness.
Disappointing draw or loss is what I envisage. But I am the most pessimistic of supporters at the best of times. Almost 60 years of being let down does that to a man.
Like that American fan I read about who requested several players and the coach to be pall bearers at his funeral so he could be let down one last time :-) That'll be me.

Shame the Rugby league play off is kicking off at the same time....decisions decisions! Probably another depressing game at home or something genuinley exciting! But predictebly, being West Hams bitch for all these years, I shall probably watch our mob and then regret it! Anyway turgid draw for me..hope im wrong obviously!

Sir Alf - said much the same of how we bring back our returning players on another forum and was accused of being negative as I should 'trust the hyssop and medical staff at the club to know when players are fit for a return'.
How many times have we seen players break down because they were brought back too soon because of the position we are/were in?
Can't say as I hold out much hope of a decent result but I'm not convinced of a poor one either. The trouble is, with a clueless idiot in charge and players who wouldn't seem to know a tactical play if it was tattooed on their eyeballs, anything can happen. We may fluke a great win or tumble to a dire defeat - perhaps even eke out a dismal draw. But it's impossible to predict which, aside from there being a greater chance of it not being the win simply due to it being a 1/3 chance.

The sad thing is that when Bilic has more of his players available I worry because there is more chance of him putting them in the wrong places.
He can't afford to lose today and he knows that.
Reckon we will get home but will be another nail biter probably a bit like our game at the end of last season.
